Fresh Pasta

So after a long day at school I decided to make pasta, and i didn't want to buy canned or jarred tomato sauce, so i decided to make it out of scratch. This recipe is really easy and clean, so if your looking for a recipe where you wont be up to your head with dishes, I suggest this one.

You will need: ( This is for about two people)

1. 6 Large tomatoes
2. 4 cloves of garlic
5. Fresh Basil
6. Olive Oil
7. Salt
8. Sugar

Simply cut the tomatoes into half and place them into a tray or dish.

Chop the garlic into little pieces and stick them into the tomatoes. Chop up some basil and put them into the tomatoes as well. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place in the oven at 200 degrees celsius (392 fahrenheit) for about 40 min.
Once cooked i like to mash it with a potato masher so its a little more rustic, but if you prefer it smooth than use a blender. Sprinkle in half a teaspoon of sugar and a little more salt depending on your taste.
Than place over pasta, and your done... fresh pasta sauce

Very easy and delicious!
