Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
¼ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional, but ridiculously delicious!
3 Tbs coconut oil
1 tbs of coconut flakes
2 Tbs Agave
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp. water
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix the almond meal, salt, baking soda, coconut flakes, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir in the coconut oil, Agave, and vanilla.
Add in water as needed.
Stir in the chopped chocolate last.
Bake for 10-11 minutes (the edges should be a golden brown).
Cool.
