Honey Banana Walnut Bread








The recipe makes a perfect medium sized, moist loaf! It can be made with regular all purpose flour, gluten free flour(King Arthur), whole wheat, and so on! You can also use all honey or any other natural sweetener!
INGREDIENTS
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
1  teaspoon of cinnamon
2 large eggs
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of honey
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
½ cup of walnuts
¾ cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare a medium sized load pan with parchment paper . Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a  bowl. Whisk eggs, sugar, honey, bananas, and oil in another bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and stir just until will combined. Fold in walnuts. Pour the batter into prepared pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes. Once ready, let the bread cool for 15 minutes. I like to drizzle honey on top.
